An Implementation Program Designed to Upskill New Manager into Future Leaders Using Effective Manager Framework

Overview
For many ambitious technical people, they can go only so far by working as an individual contributor. To progress in their careers, they need to get work done through other people – that is they need to become people managers.
The FUTURE READY LEADERS is an eight-module program designed to help participants learn and enhance fundamentals of effective people managers.
Throughout the eight modules, participants will have awareness about their own strengths and areas for improvement, how to embrace their managerial role and learn essential managerial skills, such as prioritising, managing performance, delegation, managing conflict, influencing others and enhance collaboration.
